How do I update my credit card?

Updating your credit card to prevent loss of service is easy with the PixtaSynapse system.  To perform the following:

1) Sign into your account.   Note: You need to be a site admin to  access the credit card fields.
2) Select the tab:  "Billing -> Change Credit Card"


3)Enter your updated Credit card information into the relevant fields and select: "Update"

4) Once update is selected you will be returned to the billing section.

You account is reinstated immediately and when the billing process runs that night a charge will be posted to the credit card.
