pixtaProof facilitates customers, or shop users, uploading large files (originals), generating thumbnails and tracking files along with the order through delivery to the customer. There is no reasonable limit to the number of file pixtaProof can store and manage. pixtaProof was built to handle the daily rigors of tracking, approving and managing vast numbers of large files as deadlines approach.
Trigger based Email notifications are available to help automate communication with the customer as files are received or events occur during the file approvals process.
An updated pixtaFlow customer portal, in which customers can:
- view and approve estimates
- upload files large file directly to the job
- track the status of their order
- approve proofs
- update their contact information without having to call the shop to get the status of an order.
